I’m looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in my apartment. Here are the specs:

- washer dryer in unit
- wood burning fireplace
- pool and hot tub
- optional paid covered parking
I’m asking $900/month no deposit. That includes all amenities the complex has to offer as well as internet, utilities, access to furnishings (tv, game consoles, speakers etc)
