It’s a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment at “The Grove on York St” on the 5th floor. There is an elevator. The building is very quiet and was fully remodeled 2 years ago. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are tons of mature trees. You’ll love it here!

You’d be living with my 2 year old female golden retriever, my 9 year-old long haired tabby cat, and myself (28 year old female). I work remotely for an animal rights org local to Denver full-time (I work from my bedroom).
I’d prefer no more pets but a single dog can be considered on a case by case basis. I do like to keep the space clean and tidy, I typically spend 3 hours a week deep cleaning, run the dishwasher daily, and I like to make and stick to a chore chart.
I’ve been vegan for 10+ years and would prefer to live with other vegans. I don’t smoke.
Bedroom: Tons of storage in the closet as well as a very tall window that lets a lot of light in the room. Personal wall AC Unit.
Amenities: Balcony, W/D in unit, your own personal storage unit in the basement, Heated outdoor Pool, fire pit, brand new Community / coworking area, Small gym, Larger Washer and Dryers for comforters and large items in the lobby.
My current roommate is needing to move out due to a family situation requiring them to relocate to Pennsylvania.
The common areas are furnished but the bedroom will be empty when you're ready to move in.
