2 bedroom / 2 bathroom setup
You’d get the master bedroom with a private bathroom (double sinks + standing shower) and a small walk-in closet.
The complex is lovely, safe, and has nice community amenities like a gym, hot tub, huge clubhouse, delivery from the downstairs pub, amazon lockers, and a lobby with free coffee/tea whenever you want it. Also- an elevator.
💵 Rent & Bills
Split 3 ways, it comes to about $900/person (that includes rent, electric, internet, etc.). Total monthly costs are around $2,550 (rent + community fees + utilities). Then internet is around $150, electricity jumps between $150 and $200 depending on the month.
Couples are very welcome- it makes the rent split super easy!
🐾 Pets: Allowed! You’d just handle the deposit/fee with the complex directly.
