We recently remodeled our bathroom and swapped out the "round bowl" toilet with a new "elongated bowl." The old toilet works great -- we just wanted an upgrade since we had to remove the toilet to replace the flooring.

This is a builder-grade Sterling that came with our house in Stepping Stone (built by Shea Homes in 2017).

It is packaged in the box from the new toilet -- making it very easy for loading into your pickup or SUV.

The toilet is approximately 27" in length. The tank is 15" wide. The drain center must be a minimum of 12" from the wall for clearance.

This should be great for anyone with a rental property or otherwise in need of a nice looking, albeit basic, toilet.
