Sofa has been in formal living room entire time.
Recovered approximately 15 years ago.
Sofa and fabric in very good condition, with exception of sun staining of light fabric as can be seen in the pictures.
Dimensions are 98" Long x 36" Wide Front to Back x 31" High top of back.
Cushions are removable, includes two matching pillows.
Downsizing home and contents.
Bring sufficient help to move as am currently on medical recovery restrictions so can't lift.
