Nice comfy couch with a pull out bed, comes with the mattress inside. No tears or stains on the sofa or the mattress, just has a panel off of the arm that needs to be stapled or glued back on. Otherwise great condition! I'll put it on the curb for easy pickup once I know you're coming!
