Structurally in good condition, fabric is decent but could use replacement cushion covers, small damage on front side of the couch (fabric torn). Generally clean except some odorless stains on some of the cushion fabric.

Very heavy!! Can help load it you have transportation, but wouldn't recommend moving with just one person. Located in Cap Hill area.
