It's light enough for one strong person to load, but two would be more ideal, as it needs to come down two flights of outdoor stairs.
You could also bring a screw gun to remove the wood top and make it easier to load if you have a smaller vehicle.
Sorry I don't have exact dimensions but it's roughly 36" in diameter and standard kitchen table height.
It's on the outside deck of the third floor unit in Building L at Woodstream Falls Condominiums.
