I offer remote help with clearly defined digital, document, and file-based tasks for individuals who need a capable extra hand.
I’m especially well-suited for projects that are straightforward but time-consuming, or a little unusual or non-standard, as long as they are ethical and clearly described.
I can help with:
• Typing handwritten notes or rough drafts into clean documents
• Proofreading and light editing (grammar, clarity, tone, formatting)
• Editing and formatting existing legal documents (no legal advice or content creation)
• MS Word formatting and document cleanup
• Converting files (Word ↔ PDF, image → Word/PDF)
• Data entry (including Excel spreadsheets)
• Resume cleanup and formatting
• Transcription from audio or images
• Web research
• Editing wording or text that appears on images
• Basic photo editing (crop, resize, clarity or basic wording or number— no major graphic design)
• Confident use of AI tools to assist with drafting, rewriting, organizing, or refining content (with human review)
I do not offer:
• Legal, medical, or academic advice
• Website creation, IT support, or software repair
• Graphic design, logos, or branding
• Homework, exams
I understand that some projects require discretion and confidentiality. I’m respectful, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive material. All work is completed by me personally — nothing is outsourced.
I’m based in Northern California and work remotely only. I’m a native U.S. English speaker with a degree in nutritional science, reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with. Professional references and work samples are available upon request.
