I have a bedroom in my basement it has a restroom downstairs that is shared it has a laundry room and a washer and dryer that you can used it has a refrigerator that that is shared. If you cook i have a kitchen you can use upstairs all i ask you to do is cleanup after your self i have a dishwasher that you can use for your dishes upstairs, I also ask that you keep your area clean and maintained. I have a recreation area that you can use it has a dining table and chairs that you can use to eat on. It has a microwave that you can use to heat up your food. All utilities are paid by me and the trash is included that is paid by me it is Cable ready and WIFI ready. The rent is $750.00 a month and must be paid between the first and the third if you need longer you will have to let me know about this and i can work with you on this after 7 days it will be a late fee of $10.00 a day that the rent is not paid.
