I use Pro Series tax program and just upgraded to Windows 11. When I reloaded all of my tax years, the formatting on my invoices was messed up - for all the years. It's kind of hard to explain without someone seeing my screen - but the heading with my business name, address and the other stuff isn't showing up on my invoices.
I've called Intuit and they couldn't figure out what the problem was after an hour on the phone - and we tried everything. Their suggestion was to reload all of my tax years and I really don't want to do THAT again.
