Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to share information about New Leaf Peer Support, a virtual peer-led support program currently enrolling adults in Colorado and Arizona.
New Leaf Peer Support serves individuals transitioning from shelters, jail, detox, or homelessness, as well as those seeking stability, recovery, and a fresh start. Our services are voluntary, peer-led, and non-clinical, with a focus on connection, encouragement, and practical next steps.
Our services include:
Peer-led virtual support groups
One-on-one peer support
Support with stability planning and goal setting
Help navigating resources such as ID, benefits, employment steps, and housing pathways
Recovery and stress-management support
A safe, judgment-free environment led by trained peer support specialists
Housing & Next-Step Support: Through our broader program partnerships, housing opportunities may be available based on eligibility, availability, and housing readiness, with some options offered on a sliding scale. Housing is not guaranteed and is offered separately from peer support services.
Participants may also receive support with next steps toward employment and permanent housing, including job readiness, referrals, and long-term stability planning, when appropriate.
Additional Support Opportunities: When available, New Leaf may offer donated stability supports to help reduce barriers. These supports are needs-based, limited, and not tied to participation or attendance.
Important details:
Participation is always voluntary
Services are not court-ordered, probation-related, or enforcement-based
There are no incentives or requirements to participate
Services are provided at no cost to participants
Morning and evening virtual groups are available with rolling enrollment
