Laser is a little weak, I think it just needs a proper clean though. It works perfectly fine, but sometimes loading speeds are a bit slow!

Front panel has a bit of yellowing, but everything else looks great.

Comes with one memory card, one OEM controller, and two GameStop controllers. Also has the cables, of course.

Tested and working.
