Make yourself & pets at home in our private, quiet space surrounded by our private forested 1+ acre, adjacent to Roosevelt National Forest. Between Lyons Township and Estes Park. 1 private, large bedroom, 1 large bath, a comfy high-end fold-out futon, a bonus room, and a full kitchen with tons of outdoor deck spaces all your own with a grill and outdoor propane fireplace. Smoke outside, please.
Prices reduced! Four person maximum. $140/night. $35 per pet per stay. Extra persons over 2 per night: $20/night. $10 extra/night for holiday fee for July 30-September 5. Save money on food with our full kitchen. No extra cleaning fee, taxes, etc. Two dogs maximum.
Available Dates: August 17-24, 30-31and September 1-5 is open. Only 15 minutes/10 miles to Estes Park. :)
10% discount for renting the full week August 17-24. 5% discount for 3-4 days at a time.

Carols place was such a peaceful and special place for my girlfriend and I. It was a beautiful way to start our vacation out in the Rocky Mountains. It was driving distance from the National park and Carol had so many great suggestions for us. She was super responsive and friendly, and you can tell she puts a lot of love and spirit into her home and Iām grateful we got to share the space with her for even just a couple days. The place was perfect! Loved the location. Our two dogs were very comfortable as well. We stayed two nights and visited Rocky Mountain National Park. Thankfully Carolina told us about reserving a time to enter the park. We had our reservation two months ahead of time so we had a long day in the park. She was so helpful. We highly recommend her place and would stay again
