The Chill Bungalow was a guest favorite for seven years, earning over 350 glowing reviews and an impressive 4.95-star rating before pausing in 2020. I’m excited to open the doors once again and share this tranquil space with you!
Built in 1942 and fully remodeled, this 850-square-foot bungalow blends timeless charm with modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find a stylish, cozy interior designed for relaxation, while outside, the fully enclosed backyard offers a private retreat. Cleanliness is always my top priority, so you can feel at ease throughout your stay.
Location:
-Neighborhood: Chaffee Park
-You can use Zuni Park for your search reference as it’s a block away.
-While there’s several fast food/Mexican restaurants, a diner, a dive bar, and a Starbucks within walking distance, most guests prefer driving to their location.
-Highlands: 5 min drive
-Tennyson Street/ Old Town Arvada: 10 min drive
-Lo-Do: 15 min drive
-Golden: 20 min drive
Please note:
1. This is an up and coming neighborhood. Many places are very well maintained, and others, not at all. Unfortunately, the house next to mine and across the street are major eye sores. Book with that knowledge of the location.
2. Once you book, I require a picture of your government ID matching your reservation to check in.
3. Early scheduling attract a day free after your booking check out date
