The A-Team (FedEx Contractor out of Denver, CO area) is now hiring experienced and motivated Class A CDL Solo Drivers for full-time local routes in the Denver and Boulder areas. We are looking for dependable drivers who take pride in safety, professionalism, and reliability.

Pay & Compensation
Performance-based pay structure
$300/day guaranteed pay with ability to earn more with performance pay
Top drivers earn $70,000–$87,000/year with performance pay and safety bonuses
Access to Health Insurance after 30 days. Company contributes up to 50% after a full year of employment
401(k) with up to 3% company match available on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year. 2 weeks after 3 years
Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
1 year of verifiable CDL A experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years required
2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience strongly perferred
2 years of doubles/triples endorsement experience strongly preferred
Clean MVR
Ability to pass: Pre-employment drug screen, Background check, and DOT physical
Must be dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
