We’re based out of Henderson, CO and primarily run the Southwest, South, and Midwest.
No dedicated routes—you’ll need to be comfortable planning routes and managing your
trips while staying compliant with FMCSA rules and regulations.
Truck / Equipment
Our trucks are Volvo/Mack and equipped with:
• Refrigerator (fridge)
• Inverter
• Microwave
• PrePass
Schedule / Home Time
• Flexible schedule
• Typically expect 5–6 days out
• Home for resets
• If you prefer to stay out longer, that’s also an option
Pay (W2)
• W2 position
• Starting at .63 CPM
• Review after 30 days
• Paid per mile (every mile)
• Per diem (non-taxable portion as allowed by IRS rules)
• Detention pay
• Layover pay
• Quarterly Safety & Efficiency Bonus
Requirements
• Class A CDL with 2 years of experience
• Clean MVR (minor violations may be acceptable—confirm during hiring)
• Ability to trip plan
• Must be efficiency- and safety-minded
• Must adhere to FMCSA rules and regulations
