CAST Transportation is looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our recruiting team!

This is a full-time position, in-house, with pay negotiated at interview.
Responsibilities:
· Driver Recruiting
· Interview / Pre-Screen / Prequalify applicants
· Follow up and status conversations with applicants as necessary
· Develops networks of external sources
· Participates in onsite/offsite hiring events
· Tracks leads and applicants for weekly/monthly reporting
· Works closely with Safety and Marketing Teams
