Our drivers are the face of Quicksilver. How they are trained, supported, and held accountable directly affects our customers, our service, and the strength of our entire operation.
Quicksilver Express has been operating 24/7/365 across six major markets for more than 40 years. We are looking for an experienced Driver Supervisor who cares about developing people, strengthening an established team, and helping us add the right drivers as our needs grow.
This position supports all courier and freight drivers. You will spend time in the office, warehouse, at customer locations, and in the field. You will coach and train drivers, recognize good work, address performance concerns, set up new routes, help monitor attendance and staffing needs, and work with Operations to maintain reliable service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is not a position where problems are passed along to someone else. We need someone who gets involved, communicates early, makes decisions, and follows things through.
What’s in it for you
This position has a direct impact on driver success, customer service, and the daily performance of our operation. You will help strengthen and support our driver team, improve new and existing scheduled services and routes, and create greater consistency and efficiency throughout the operation.
