Most new hires start as Customer Support Associates and, as they gain experience, have the opportunity to advance into a Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher) role. Success in either position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What you bring
You have a background in customer service and the people skills to match. You know the metro area well, can juggle multiple tasks, and stay composed when things get busy. On the technical side, you're comfortable with Windows-based software and type at least 40 WPM.
