I have put over 40,000 into it
Has over 2000 worth of vintage wallpaper hung in it alone
The outside is silicone coated with a lifetime guarantee. Problem with it is it picks up dust if outside by a road so needs to be power washed to come back to gleaming white
It is a tiny home completely redone with top of the line insulation and flooring , walls, full bath (minus toilet you’ll need to provide one but there is a space for one) all electric with a home quality breaker system 2-25’s 2-15’s, 1-30
Has two rooms and a full kitchen
Has custom tile that’s all vintage from Spain and Mexico (yes it has travelled with tile and does great)
Has custom carpet that is pieced various colors
It has a great water system can just attach to any outdoor hydrant and a 25 gallon hot water heater.
Totally rebuilt
Needs new skylights
Needs one area over the door to be fixed up.. I pulled the tile down and it doesn’t look complete there .. could paint or hang a little woven tapestry
This is like an artist cottage
It’s very pretty
Has a full size bed and two mattresses but I may take them with me and leave you the platform to put a new full size mattress on
Has crank windows in great shape, new screens, a normal door knob like a house you can lock but the original door
Has a nice sized closet and lots of cupboards and shelf space
I lived in it for a few years while building my home
Am moving out of country and it needs a home
It’s probably worth 20,000 to the right person who enjoys a lot of touches like tile and art and laminated fabric and carpet
