New, 2024 Concessions Trailer by Rock Solid Cargo. 20’x8.5’x7’ high.
This trailer is a blank slate to finish in any way that suits your business plan. When building your business, the foundation is the most crucial part. This is that strong foundation. And you won’t have to try to fit your idea into a much more expensive trailer, but can develop your business just the way you want.
What makes this trailer unique? It has a built-in, secure, screened BBQ/Smoker porch with diamond-plate flooring. Also, there are concession windows on both sides, allowing for window service on either side and allowing a cooling breeze to flow through. You won’t be cramped for room, this trailer has a 7-foot interior height. And at 20 feet long, including the 6-foot back porch, and 8.5 feet wide, you will have all the space you need to create the business of your dreams.
Don’t get drawn into buying a trailer that is completely finished inside. You will have to pay for those finishing materials, plus mark-up, plus labor! I will throw in free delivery to your property anywhere along the Colorado front range, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.

The details of the trailer include:
5 year factory warranty.
2000lb A-frame jack with sand foot.
ATP aluminum flooring on porch.
3/4” plywood floors and 3/8” plywood walls.
6”, 11 gauge steel tube frame.
GVWR 9990lbs.  GVWR per each of 2 axels is 5200lbs.  Cargo weight rating 6,790lbs.
ATP aluminum trim on exterior.
>Upgrade Z-Tech moisture barrier undercoating ($85)
>Upgrade to dual LED lights (tail, turn and marker).
>Upgrade to 12” OC floor joists.  ($210)
>Upgrade to 16” OC rafters with bracing for roof mounted AC/ventilation. ($275)
>Upgrade to slanted V-nose for aerodynamic front. ($175)
>Upgraded white .03”, semi-screwless aluminum exterior. ($900)
>Upgrade to 7’ interior height. ($500)
>Floor insulation with backer. ($770)
>Upgrade to BBQ trailer (screened-in back porch) ($2100)
>Add 2 concession windows (one on either side). ($3200)
>Upgrade doors from 30” to 36” with operable window in door.  ($250)
>Upgrade to finished porch walls with aluminum siding.  ($400)
>Upgrade to 5200lb leaf spring axels with electric brakes. ($800)
>Upgraded 225/75R15, radial tires.
>Upgrade to extended, triple-tube tongue. ($395)
Extra wheel with tire and 4 Heavy duty, recessed floor D-rings (uninstalled).

As you can see, I put in many upgrades that vastly improve strength and convenience. The dollar amounts are what the upgrades cost. I have included an image of the trailer after a late-spring snowfall. It is there to show that, conservatively, the roof can hold at least a ton of A/C or ventilation equipment. This trailer is Rock Solid!
