2022 Jayco Jay Feather Micro 171BH. Very lightly used. Used only during the summer months. Stored outside with RV cover during the off season. Refrigerator only used a handful of times. Mattresses like new (supplemental mattress covers and pads always used). Heater, Hot Water Heater never used, and Black Tank barely used. Two twenty pound propane tanks still mostly full. Two marine grade deep cycle batteries included (always stored indoors when not in use and kept on trickle charge). Solar panels and gear rack on the roof. Awning fully-functional and barely used. Off-road tires in great shape with near full tread life.
