Leading Edge Excavation is looking for an experienced operator to run equipment on site development, underground utilities, foundations, and grading projects; must be comfortable operating excavators, loaders, and skid steers with precision (trenching, pipe work, grading, reading plans/grades), work well with a crew, and take care of equipment; we’re looking for someone reliable who shows up ready to work, has strong attention to detail, and can handle full workdays in the field; CDL is a plus but not required; pay is based on experience with steady work and room to grow—reply with your name, experience, equipment you can run, and contact info.
