Hiring Immediately — Plant Health Care Technician
We are a growing tree care and plant health care business in South Denver and we're looking for other great teammates to join our crew. We just had an unexpected opening, and we're looking to fill it fast with someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a real career in the green industry.
If you've spent time in lawn care, landscaping, tree care, or pest control and you're ready for the next step — or you're already a PHC tech looking for a better crew to work with — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Plant Health Care Technician, you'll spend your days outside making customers' trees and shrubs healthier and more beautiful. Your work will include:
Diagnosing insect, disease, and nutritional issues on trees, shrubs, and ornamentals
Performing targeted applications: foliar sprays, soil injections, trunk injections, deep-root fertilization
Communicating clearly with homeowners about what their landscape needs and why
Driving a company truck to scheduled properties throughout the Denver South service area
Keeping accurate service records and following all label and regulatory requirements
Working alongside a tight-knit crew that takes the craft seriously
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, pest control, or a related field
Colorado pesticide applicator's license is a plus — if you don't have one, we'll help you get it
A valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
Able to safely lift 50 lbs and handle the physical side of the work
Reliable, on time, and serious about quality
A good attitude with customers — you represent the company at every stop
What We Offer
Pay: $22–$28/hour, based on experience
Full-time seasonal work with consistent hours during the growing season
Health insurance and paid time off
401(k) retirement plan
Paid training and full license reimbursement — we'll cover the cost of getting and keeping your applicator's license, plus continuing education
Company truck, uniforms, and all the equipment you need — you don't bring anything but yourself
A team that respects skilled work and a company that's been doing this the right way for years
