Are you passionate about working outdoors and making a real impact? Our wildfire mitigation and arboriculture company is seeking Timber Fallers, Arborists, and Heavy Equipment Operators to help reduce wildfire risk and restore healthy forests across Colorado.
Based in Littleton, Colorado, we are a small company dedicated to hiring excellent people. We work throughout the state implementing proactive wildfire mitigation projects that protect communities and preserve Colorado’s natural landscapes for future generations.
What You’ll Get

Timber Faller: $20–$28/hr
Heavy Equipment Operator: $22–$30/hr
Plant Health Care Tech: $20-$30/hr
Arborist: $20–$28/hr

What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and terrain
Willingness to travel throughout Colorado
Dependable transportation
Drug-free workplace (including marijuana)
Valid driver’s license
Preferred certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months):
Wilderness First Aid + CPR
Wilderness First Responder (preferred)
Chainsaw / Crosscut certification
Certified Arborist
Qualified Supervisor: Catergories 103, 106 and 207 or the ability to attain within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
Perform wildfire mitigation and forest restoration work
Operate chainsaws, hand tools, and power equipment safely
Maintain and repair equipment.
Participate in multi-day field projects and occasional weekend work
Travel to job sites including remote and backcountry locations
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Physical Requirements
Ability to hike long distances carrying tools and equipment
Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.
Comfortable working in high altitude, rugged terrain, and inclement weather
Experience or comfort with camping during field projects
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and forestry equipment
Additional Requirements
Sturdy hiking or work boots
Rain gear and warm outdoor layers
Tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping pad for some field projects
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and databases)
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
