We are a locally owned steel fabrication and erection company specializing in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and architectural/ornamental steel. We’re a small, fast-paced team doing primarily commercial work with some residential projects mixed in. We take pride in quality work, efficiency, and having a crew you can count on.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Pay: $28–$33/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
• Lead field crew on job sites
• Work as well as direct
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Layouts as needed
• Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects on schedule
• Maintain safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in steel erection and crew leadership
• Strong knowledge of structural and misc. steel installation
• Ability to operate equipment and tools safely
• Reliable, organized, and able to lead from the front
• Valid CO DL
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly pay
Sick time, paid holidays
IRA eligibility after 90 days
