We are a locally owned steel fabrication and erection company specializing in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and architectural/ornamental steel. We’re a small, fast-paced team doing primarily commercial work with some residential projects mixed in. We take pride in quality work, efficiency, and having a crew you can count on.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Pay: $24–$28/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
• Assist with steel erection and installation
• Load/unload materials and maintain job site organization
• Support foreman and crew as needed
Requirements:
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical labor
• Valid CO DL and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly pay
Sick time, paid holidays
IRA eligibility after 90 days
Paid vacation after one year
