and compliance with Premier Building Services standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment, RTUs, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, minisplits,
Chillers, Hydronic Boilers, Steam Boilers, and related systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical HVAC failures.
• Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job orders.
• Ensure proper material, equipment, and tool preparation before each job.
• Perform final quality checks and walk-throughs with clients or supervisors.
• Provide job updates to dispatch, office staff, and management.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Complete Job notes, job photos, time logs, and documentation promptly.
• Submit material lists, change orders, recommendations, and deficiency reports.
