We're hiring experienced residential electricians who want to be paid for what they
produce — not for sitting around. Piece-rate pay means the harder and faster you work,
the more you make.
What you'll do:
- Rough-in and/or trim-out single-family and multifamily homes
- Run Romex, set boxes, install devices, terminate panels
- Work under our licensed master and foreman, with clear plans and packed material on
every job
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years residential electrical experience (rough, trim, or both)
- Valid CO journeyman or registered apprentice card
- Own basic hand tools, drill, and pouches
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Denver metro
- Can read residential plans and panel schedules
- Shows up on time, takes pride in clean work that passes inspection the first time
What you'll earn:
- Piece-rate pay by device, home, or scope — top performers consistently clear
$35–$50+/hr equivalent
- Material delivered to the job by our warehouse — no parts runs on your clock
- Steady backlog of homes year-round with Shea, DR Horton, Lennar, and other top
builders
- Weekly pay, direct deposit
- Bonuses for first-time inspection pass rate and clean punch lists
