This is more than just a cleaning job, you’ll be a vital part of the team that keeps our public spaces welcoming, safe, and ready to serve our residents. Whether it’s prepping rooms for city meetings, responding to emergency clean-ups, or maintaining the daily shine of our buildings, your work directly supports the heartbeat of our city.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
• Keep City buildings spotless: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Maintain safety: identify and report unsafe conditions.
• Support community events by setting up rooms and AV equipment.
• Be hands-on with a variety of tools and machines like auto scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and help keep things running smoothly.
• Respond to calls for urgent clean-ups and sanitation needs.
• Help with snow removal and light maintenance tasks like changing bulbs or moving furniture.
• May be required to work day or night shifts.
No two days are the same, you’ll stay active, work independently, and see the immediate results of your efforts.

đź’Ľ What You Bring:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of janitorial or building maintenance experience
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain custodial certification within 6 months
• Must pass a CJIS background check
• ISSA Basic Certified Custodial Technician or the ability to obtain within 6 months of initial employment.
