Fort Comfort Gutters is looking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for driving revenue from commercial and residential clients. We are a lean team that needs an ambitious, gritty, high-energy face of the business to help make us the premier gutter services provider in Colorado. The right person has a high motor, a strong sales drive, no ego, and is willing to kick down doors to achieve their goals. Compensation will include a salary and a healthy commission that will allow for the right person to make $100k+ a year, and much more as the business grows.
The owners have built one of the biggest insulation companies in Colorado from nothing, and we will do the same with Fort Comfort Gutters. The company has successful customer case studies that display clear and achievable roadmaps to unlocking significant success. Someone who wants to be a part of building a great business from the ground up, is willing to work hard to make it happen and is excited about growing with the company will be the right fit.
Role Overview:
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for handling and closing inbound leads and self-generating leads through outreach, networking and simply hustling
- We have revenue goals and this person will be in charge of hitting and exceeding those goals
- This role is critical to the success of our business and the person we hire will be working directly with the owners on a daily basis
- Strong preference for someone who knows gutters well, has a built-in local business network and is willing to do whatever it takes to grow the business and get highly compensated as a result.
