- Prepare surfaces, including sanding, patching, masking, and priming
- Mix, match, and apply paints and stains to achieve desired finishes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional painting and staining experience
- Strong understanding of surface prep, finishing techniques, and material compatibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
