Peak Pro Painting – Color Coordinator / Design Consultant 🎨
Peak Pro Painting is looking for an experienced and talented Color Coordinator / Design Consultant to help homeowners confidently choose beautiful interior and exterior paint color schemes.
We paint over 1,200 homes per year and are looking for someone with a great eye for design, strong communication skills, and experience working with Sherwin-Williams colors.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with interior design and/or residential color consulting
Strong knowledge of Sherwin-Williams color palettes
Ability to help customers choose:
Exterior body, trim, accent, and door colors
Interior wall, trim, cabinet, and accent combinations
Someone who can confidently guide homeowners and make the process easy
Professional, organized, and reliable
Position Details
Pay: $70 per completed design consultation
Volume: Approximately 8–10 consultations per week
Flexible scheduling
Can be part-time or contract based
Opportunity for long-term consistent work with a high-volume painting company
