Artie (the owner) started it after 11 years at Toyota dealerships, because he was tired of the dealership politics and wanted to build something real. And over thirty years later, we're still family-owned. Still focused on Asian imports. And still the shop people come to when no one else can figure it out.
That's why our techs stay. Two of them have been here 15 years. The average tenure is over 7 years. And as you may already know, you don't get that with empty promises and fake culture.
You get that by paying well, treating people like professionals, and meaning it when you say no weekends.

✅ HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS
• $90K–$120K/year
• Production bonuses on top of your base pay
• No weekends. Ever. Monday through Friday, that's it.
• Health insurance – 50% paid for you, 40% for your family (kicks in after 60 days)
• Dental and vision available
• 401k access
• 1 week PTO after your first year, 2 weeks after year two
• 6 paid holidays
• Paid sick time (1 hour per 30 worked, up to 48 hours/year)
• ASE certifications reimbursed
✓ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – We want your life to work inside and outside of the shop. Recharge over the weekend by doing the things you love and spending time with your family and friends.
✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – We're a well-established business that's been around since 1993 with year-round active marketing campaigns in place to keep the work flowing in. We offer job security and plenty of work so you can stay busy and kick butt!

✓ WE WILL HELP YOU BECOME MORE VALUABLE (WE INVEST IN YOU) – We are big on professional growth. The shop pays for training and we reimburse ASE certifications. We send techs to Worldpac, Toyota, and Honda-specific courses that will make you worth more in the industry and increase your skills.

ABOUT TOY DOCTOR
Toy Doctor Auto Repair has been serving Denver since 1993. Rachel's dad Artie started the business after spending 11 years as a Toyota Certified Master Technician at local dealerships—because he was tired of the dealership politics and wanted to build a shop where experienced techs could do what they do best: solve problems and fix cars right.
Over 30 years later, we're still family-owned and operated. We specialize in Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Subaru, and other Asian imports—though we work on all makes and models. We're the shop customers come to when no one else can figure it out.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
• 10+ years of professional experience in a repair shop
• Strong diagnostic skills—you're the guy people call when they're stuck
• You don't give up on tough problems (because we don't either)
• ASE certifications a plus (we'll reimburse you for more)
• Valid driver's license and your own tools
• You want to be part of a team, not a one-man show
• You're tired of shops that talk a big game but don't back it up
