Overview:
Residential HVAC Service Technicians at AAA Service make an impact! You’ll work directly with homeowners, asking the right questions and really listening to what matters most to them. With your technical expertise and decision-making skills, you’ll craft solutions that make sense for the customer and the business. From solving problems to offering upgrades, very interaction is an opportunity to deliver the 5-Star experience AAA Service is known for.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, maintain, replace and install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues using proper testing equipment and techniques.
Recommend solutions and system upgrades that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and reliability.
Present options to homeowners in a clear, professional manner and generate sales through service opportunities.
Close out each job accurately and on time, including photos, detailed notes, and payment collection.
Review financing options with customers as needed.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle and keep tools in proper working condition.
Follow all company safety policies, HVAC codes, and industry best practices.
Provide top-quality, 5-Star experience that builds trust and loyalty.
Collaborate with dispatch, office staff, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of HVAC experience is required.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Driven and motivated to exceed weekly and monthly personal and business goals.
Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record.
Clean background.
