What Youโll Do:
๐ฅ Lead a Skilled Team โ Guide technicians, installers, and dispatch like a pro
๐ Drive Performance โ Own the numbers: budget, job costing, KPIs, and team productivity
โ๏ธ Leverage Tech โ Use ServiceTitan to streamline operations, track success, and stay ahead
๐ Grow the Business โ Improve processes, scale the team, and boost revenue
๐ค Be the Go-To Leader โ Resolve customer issues, support staff, and keep operations smooth
๐ Make an Impact โ Your decisions shape the success of the entire division
What Weโre Looking For:
โ 5+ years in HVAC (at least 2 in a leadership role)
โ Master of multitasking, coaching, and communicating
โ Confident working with ServiceTitan or similar systems
โ Strong business acumen โ understand budgets, P&L, and growth strategies
โ EPA Certified; NATE certification and HVAC license are a plus
โ Tech-savvy and organized, with a results-first mindset
โ A team-first mentality and a genuine passion for doing things right
