* Assist with general construction tasks on job sites
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow instructions
* Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
Requirements (non-negotiable):
* Reliable transportation
* Valid drivers license
* Basic hand tools
* Clean and professional appearance
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-starter and organized
* Honest and dependable
* Punctual
* Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending
*Must provide valid I-9 employment eligibility documentation
*Previous construction experience
*Ability to pass background check
*Bilingual
