We are hiring a Field Services Technician to support a portfolio of commercial properties.
This is a hands-on, field-based position. You’ll be out at properties daily handling maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests.
You’ll work independently, stay active, and solve real problems.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Complete general repairs:
light electrical
light plumbing
HVAC troubleshooting
painting and basic carpentry
Respond to maintenance requests and service tickets
Coordinate vendors for larger repairs
Keep clear notes and updates in work order system
Maintain clean, safe, professional properties
Communicate daily with operations team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in maintenance, construction, or similar field
Comfortable using tools and working independently
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Good problem-solving skills
Professional and tenant-friendly
Able to lift and move equipment
Schedule
Typically 7:00–4:00 or 8:00–5:00
Occasional after-hours issues if needed
