Position Title: Concrete Superintendent (Substation Experience Required)
Location: Colorado
Pay: $45.00 + $700. A week per diem
Schedule: 50–60 Hours Weekly | Long-Term Projects

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily concrete operations on substation projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and jobsite productivity
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets project specs, timelines, and quality standards
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction
• Required: Experience on substation or heavy civil/power projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, forming, and finishing
• Ability to manage crews and work 50–60 hours per week
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
