We're looking for both an experienced Concrete Polishing Project Lead and motivated Apprentices to join our team full-time. If you're reliable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term career with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
Concrete Polishing Project Lead
Compensation: $32–$40/hr base pay + piece-rate bonuses
Our leads earn a strong hourly base wage plus production-based pay. Many of our project leads regularly earn $60–$70+ per hour through our compensation structure.
Requirements:
• Proven experience polishing concrete floors
• Strong leadership and jobsite management skills
• Professional communication and attention to detail
Please note: Experience pouring or finishing concrete alone does not qualify for this position. Candidates must have direct concrete polishing experience.
Concrete Polishing Apprentice
Compensation: $22–$25/hr DOE
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to learn a specialized trade. Apprentices receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to advance into a Project Lead role within 1–2 years.
