What You'll Do
Perform all phases of automotive refinishing, including preparation, color matching, painting, and polishing.
Ensure repairs meet OEM and insurance standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with body technicians, estimators, and management to deliver exceptional results.
Consistently produce high-quality work while meeting production goals.
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive painting experience in a collision repair environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Experience with modern paint systems and color matching techniques.
I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required.
