Conductive Electric LLC is hiring an experienced residential electrician to join our growing team.
We are a small, quality-focused electrical company based out of the Arvada/Denver area. Our work includes residential remodels, custom homes, ADUs, additions, service upgrades, panel changes, and high-end electrical installations.
We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and capable of helping us continue to grow while maintaining clean, professional, above-code workmanship.
Positions Considered

2nd–4th Year Apprentice Electricians
Residential Wiremen
Journeyman Electricians
Pay
Pay depends on license level, experience, reliability, and ability to work independently.
2nd–4th Year Apprentice: $22–$30/hour
Residential Wireman: $30–$36/hour
Journeyman Electrician: $36–$45/hour
Higher pay may be considered for the right candidate with strong residential experience, leadership ability, and the ability to run jobs independently.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday–Friday. Occasional overtime may be available depending on workload.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on experience and license level, responsibilities may include:
Rough-in wiring for remodels, additions, ADUs, and custom homes
Installing boxes, drilling, pulling wire, stapling, and making up devices
Trim-out work including outlets, switches, light fixtures, recessed lights, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, and smart devices
Reading electrical plans, layouts, and blueprints
Installing and troubleshooting residential circuits
Panel changes, service upgrades, subpanels, EV circuits, hot tub circuits, and equipment connections
Troubleshooting electrical issues and making safe, code-compliant repairs
Coordinating with general contractors, homeowners, inspectors, and other trades
Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
Helping train apprentices when applicable
Maintaining company standards for clean, professional electrical work
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have:
Residential electrical experience
Active Colorado apprentice registration, Residential Wireman license, or Journeyman license preferred
Strong understanding of residential wiring methods
Ability to work safely and follow NEC/local code requirements
Reliable transportation to job sites
Basic hand tools
Ability to show up on time consistently
Professional attitude around homeowners, builders, inspectors, and coworkers
Ability to take direction and stay productive
Willingness to learn and improve
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
For Residential Wiremen and Journeymen, we prefer candidates who can lay out work, troubleshoot, make decisions in the field, and help keep jobs moving without constant supervision.
