Apartment Maintenance Technician

Rate of Pay: $26–$28 DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements: Must pass a background check in accordance with family housing standards
Duties include:
• Perform full unit turns: Carpentry, drywall patching, painting, plumbing, appliance installs, and non-licensed electrical work
• Prepare move-in inspection reports with new and vacating residents
• Track key/lock system and change locks as needed
• Install and troubleshoot appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators
• Provide courtesy services for tenants, including package delivery and routine/preventative maintenance for pool/spa areas
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders, with skills in plumbing, light electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to manage a physical workload while effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing quality work
• Possess basic hand tools to perform daily tasks
• Reliable transportation for travel to and from job sites
