Busy family-owned shop seeking experienced Auto Body Painter. Must have at least 5 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation. Full-time, steady work, friendly team. Must complete a 1-month trial period to determine pay rate.
** PAID ON A FLAT WEEKLY RATE **
Responsibilities:
Prepare and mask vehicles for paint
Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate finishes
Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats
Perform finish sanding, polishing, and touch-ups
Must maintain a clean and safe paint booth and work area
Ensure quality and consistency on all jobs
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of automotive painting experience
Strong attention to detail and color matching skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Own tools (optional) and reliable transportation
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
