Established concrete company seeking experienced subcontractors for exterior flatwork projects in Grand County, Colorado. Approximately 1.5 hours west of Denver.
Scope of Work Includes:
Driveways
Patios
Sidewalks
Exterior slabs and flatwork
Requirements:
Current general liability insurance required
Must operate as an independent contractor (1099 or similar business structure)
Must be able to accept payment by company check
Proven experience with concrete flatwork, forming, and finishing
Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment required
We Provide:
Ready-mix concrete
Rebar and reinforcing materials
Forming materials
Project plans and layout details
Compensation:
Paid per square foot (rate based on project scope and complexity)
