REQUIREMENTS
The right crew members must be comfortable working outside and working in heights/roofs as well as heavy lifting.
-own transportation
-own tools
-framing/carpentry experience for skilled helper or crew lead positions
-no smoking or drinking on the jobsite
PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
-we pay per day and we pay every Friday
GENERAL LABORER
$150-$200
-material haul
-Demo
-trash pickup
-digging (caisson preparation)
SKILLED HELPER
$200-$250 per day
-must have own tools
-must have previous experience (working with hand saws, cutting,)
-previous experience with decks and roof covers
CREW LEAD
$250-$300 per day
-must have own tools
-must be able to work unsupervised
-must be able to build based on building plans (up to code)
-previous experience with decks installing various kinds of decking (composite and redwood)
-previous experience installing various kinds of rails (metal and composite)
-must know how to cut stairs
-must know how to frame roofs (patio covers)
Anyone interested with experience must provide pictures of previous projects. We are looking to hire immediately.
