🔧 About the Position: While our industry is water, we’re hiring A-level players with hands-on experience in one or more areas:
-Plumbing, Electrical work, Construction, or Landscaping
-Should be comfortable with tools, materials, and job site safety.
-You don’t need to be an expert in water systems—we’ll train you on the job.
-Honesty, Strong work ethic, Problem-solving skills, Reliability and professionalism
-Work conditions vary: you’ll be behind pump rigs in all kinds of weather and inside mechanical rooms of all shapes and sizes.
-Preference is given to candidates in the Evergreen/Conifer area for convenience, but all qualified applicants are welcome
✅ Benefits: Employees are given an hourly wage plus 1.5x for overtime, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, and 2 sick days per year. Every 6 months, employees are also given a $300 work clothing/boots stipend. All benefits follow a 90-day probationary period. We do NOT currently offer insurance or retirement options. Employees will have a review at 90 days and then at 6 months.
