We’re looking for a **solid maintenance tech** who knows how to keep equipment running and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
💰 Pay:** $24–$28/hr (based on experience)
⏱ Hours:** Full-time + OT potential
📍 Location:** Denver Metro
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Fixing and maintaining conveyors, motors, belts, bearings, gearboxes
* Troubleshooting breakdowns (not just watching someone else do it)
* Welding and fabrication (basic to moderate)
* Keeping equipment running so production doesn’t stop
* Working both independently and with a team
✅ WHAT WE NEED (READ THIS):
* At least **2+ years of maintenance experience** (industrial/plant/heavy equipment)
* You can **troubleshoot without being babysat**
* Comfortable working **outdoors + around heavy equipment**
* **Valid driver’s license**
* You show up, work hard, and don’t disappear
🔥 BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
* Experience with **crushing, asphalt, aggregates, or similar
* Welding skills
* Equipment operation experience
