Colorado Custom Landscaping is a growing landscape construction company based in Arvada, serving the northern Denver metro area and the greater Front Range. We build everything from basic backyard installs to full custom outdoor living projects.

We are hiring a bilingual Landscape Construction Foreman to lead one of our two field crews.
THE ROLE
You will lead a crew of two team members (including a dedicated material driver) and take responsibility for daily jobsite production, quality, and communication.
Our work includes:
-Hardscapes (paver patios, flagstone, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fireplaces)
-Drainage and grading
-Concrete (brushed and stamped)
-Irrigation
-Sod and plant installs
-Synthetic turf
-Landscape lighting
-Wood structures
-Full landscape transformations
You will be in direct communication with the owner regarding jobsite progress, field challenges, and operational decisions. We are looking for someone who can lead independently while working closely with ownership to maintain production standards and drive results.
This is a construction leadership role — not maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
-5+ years landscape construction experience (hardscape required)
-Proven crew leadership experience
-Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
-Strong knowledge of base prep, compaction, grading, and drainage
-Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
-Reliable transportation and ability to report daily to our Arvada headquarters
-Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
We want someone who takes ownership of their jobsite, communicates clearly, and takes pride in the finished product.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
-Starting pay: $35/hour

This is a seasonal position (approximately 10-month work season). Winter work is not guaranteed; however, limited winter hours may be available depending on excavation projects and workload.
We value long-term team members and prioritize returning crew members each season based on performance and reliability.
